AA you mean you have free gym access and lessons for free?
Yes Noora the national Judo team lets them use it for free... I used to go but couldn't find anybody   there at the class to match me... =)
wow thats  very good, should try and rope my hubby into going, but only for fitness, hes no way fit to handle any opponents

One more question for you or AA if you know, i previously asked AA if theres any martial arts/karate or whatever its called these days(so many and confusing for me)for kids, my boy is nearly four and i rang the karate place near the centre and they take kids his age, do you guys know if this place is any good? I want to enrol him soon. they apparantely also have gymnastic classes.
I am not sure about schools.... That is his field inshaAllaah...
thanks AMC , ill see if AA knows about this place.
Falcon Academy has some good trainers there. Its worth checking out and seeing if he likes it or not.

Also for ladies?
noooo, not for ladies, can you imagine wrestling around on the ground with a men???!!!
I mean of course if there was a all women class available... no problem... this one as only men
looool ummmmm no, although ladies are very capable of the sport it is one that requires CLOSE physical contact in some..... positions that would not be appropriate for unmarried people to be in.....

It is a type of submission wrestling. Its good for ladies in a self defense aspect because most of the time an attacker wants to get a lady to the ground and be in between her legs... Well I can show a woman how to break a mans arm from that position or how to make him pass out and if need be even kill him from that position.

here are two short videos

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3jejFlhnfjQ
This one shows how you can make a guy pass out, its called the triangle and you can kill the guy through suffocation if you don't let go. This is with gi.

This one is no gi and it shows how you can break a guys arm backwards if you were to follow it through completely . Of course in this video he just makes the guy hurt really bad.

Hi. I am new to Doha. I have had a little experience of mma (about 6 months training last year - mostly submission wrestling and boxing). I was wondering if this club is still going here. If so when and where?
