Law on domestic servants soon

A law to regulate the employment and working hours of domestic servants is expected to be enforced soon.

In a major move, the draft of the proposed legislation was discussed by the Cabinet yesterday. The meeting was presided over by the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, H E Sheikh Hamad bin Jassem bin Jabor Al Thani.

Domestic servants, whose number in the country is estimated to be in the thousands, are not covered by the labour law.

Any complaints from domestic servants or against them are currently filed with the law enforcement agencies.

Also, the Ministry of Environment has made insurance compulsory for camping activities in the desert. The Cabinet approved the draft of this ministerial decision as well. Several other issues were also on the agenda of the meeting.
When the world pushes you to your knees, your are in the perfect position to pray.

What has insurance got to do with camping?
and who will or ever does follow laws in Qatar, just like the  road laws, yep very effective but no one follows and no one enforces these laws.
