Hello community, can anyone share with me any ideas on how to better promote QS to more audiences? best regards.

I think social Networking Sites will help...i will try my best to promote QS..!!

Jimcale .......your old thread on QL is doing quite some business....I think its good publicity!!

Get some stickers made, slap them on your cars

Jim.. I am sure its attracting people and will be hit well sooner. Now the pace can be increased with proper promotions. Site is welldone, there is room for improvement too. Few suggestions on that .

1. Issue membership Cards for active members , Can liaise with shops in town for a discount offer for the card holders.

2. Links for online air ticket and hotel bookings for only active members can access ( this costs , can guide you on this)

3. Have an official travel / tour query link, where people can interact with a Travel agent and get their bookings and tickets done.

4. A general practisioner doctor to answer members quieries. I mean an ask your doctor section.

5. One section for the HR guys to post their openings.

6, Classifieds.

GUys whatver you feel can be added pls do..

I have a suggestion..

It seems anyone can be a member as of now.. why not make it such a way that, a person can be a member based on his posts, activeness etc.. Until he is accepted by the moderators. In other words, why not earn the membership, rather than being a member very soon just like that... Might make the site clean from perverts etc.. Excluding the present members ofcourse...

Just a suggestion...I may be wrong...

How about getting all members to wear "Log on to ....WWW.QatarSocial.com....Today" T-Shirt and move around in groups in the busiest Mall during Thr-Fri-Sat.

Could easily bring 1000 new hits.

But I honestly believe the site is too young for publicity or advertisment. There is not much content on the site to hold a new person.

Although the site looks very attractive, something similar to the "Home Page" with eyecatching content as in QL would be a good thing .

When one goes to QL home page one reads news.....here one is confronted with menus of all the sections...and there is a LOT

The home page has to be the best from all the different sections.

For a 1st time person who is unused to social networking sites QS home page can be confusing.

have some get together or party through QS platform...

2)Where do you see this site in another 6months/12months
3)What are your co-objectives aligned with future??

i guess it's working good till now, but we need like classifieds, more links to provide help about new commers to QATAR. like yellow pages, what to do in doha, where to go things like that and day by day user after user it will grow bigger and help lots not mentioning the attention and new members
