Description beside each picture

Can you guide me that if i have 5 pictures , each picture has a description with it. So how i will upload each picture and give the description of those pictures beside them?

May be it is confusing for you to understand what i have explained...for that just have a look in this link and u can better understand what i want to ask exactly.
