SamyaUK welcome to QatarSocial to change your pic, just go to My Home, you will see Modify Avatar just click that and upload your new avatar, it will take several minutes to appear everywhere

yup you did it, i can see your eyes , but not your signature, to do that just change <img with [img, hope that helps.

ok did it work now ? i cant see my eyes, i can only see a noseless woman with black hair :S

Now it works after i made some changes to your code, you can see the changes in My Home, signature. Yeah i can also see the noseless women with the black head.

I am using firefox 3, I can see it clearly it may depend on your cache try to make some refreshes or just close your FF and start again.

I see her too, seems like it takes some time for the avatars to appear for the owner of the avatar
